Resolving inter-wiki links

The resolving step during the execution algorithm resolves the inter-wiki links. It tries to find the elements which are referenced:

• references to articles or titles or anchor in articles. Errors for invalid or not found references will emit references errors
• catRef references to categories descriptions
• img references to Image definitions and resource references to resource files. Errors for invalid or not found images or resources will emit resources and images errors
